    Cannot upload files larger than 2GB using applet

    Problem Symptoms:
    Cannot upload files larger than 2 GB using Aurigma applet

    Cause:
    Aurigma doesn't upload files larger than 2 GB in HTML5/Flash implementation.

    Resolution:
    Please upload every time up to 2 GB and then you can upload the next 2 GB using the applet.

    Alternatively, you can use browsers using the Java implementation (such as Internet Explorer). 

    Additional Information

    This is a limitation set by Aurigma. The limitation is removed altogether in Rosetta SP 5.1.0.
