Problem Symptoms:
When logging in the users into the institution you get a message that the user has no active roles for that institution.

Error in the log:

Cause:
PDS configuration of the institution.
Rosetta is expecting to get from PDS the institution code.

Resolution:
For the specific institution (e.g. AAA)
1. under /exlibris/dps/d4_1/pds/conf_table verify the institution has tab_service.aaa
2. In the tab_service.aaa configuration file, verify the institution code is configured
