Can we modify the DROID.jar and insert the latest signature file?

Answer

To update the FL signature file you can do the following:
a. Ask the FLWG to upgrade
b. Create your own Format Identifier plugin to use any signature you want to use

Additional Information

The update has two separate steps: updating the signature file so the format will be identified correctly AND adding to Rosetta UI the new formats. If you only update the plugin, only the signature file will be updated, and you will not be able to see the new formats in the Rosetta UI.
