    PDS doesn't work with Apache 2.2.32

    Symptoms

    PDS issues.

    Replication Steps

    • Service pack installations of a version earlier than Rosetta 5.3
    • Done after August 2017
    • PDS is installed as part of Rosetta

    Workaround

    This is because the 3rd party application Apache is upgraded to version 2.2.32 and certain http requests are no longer supported.

    To resolve this manually without installing the 5.3 service pack:

    1. Log to the PDS server
    2. Navigate to pdsroot
    3. Replace these 3 files, with the attached files:

    version.properties

    program/CallHttpdS.pm

    program/PDSLogout.pm
