    SIP in validation cannot be declined

    Problem Symptoms:
    A SIP in the validation TA workbench that we want to decline but when we click "work on" and select "decline a sip" we get error.
    The error message is: "null" with a red exclamation mark.

    Cause:
    Missing file in validation

    Resolution:
    Try to decline the SIP from the list of SIPs in validation.
