Problem Symptoms:
A-Z eJournal List search results are empty aside from the OpenURL icons
When clicking the icons to go the SFX menu no full text targets appear

Cause:
RSI/A-Z indexing conflict, processes failed to complete

Resolution:
1. Rebuild the RSI and A-Z indexes
2. (Re)Schedule RSI/A-Z indexing processes to avoid timing conflicts or to run once daily
