unable to use e-mail output option for object portfolios

A problem has been found when trying to use the ‘output to e-mail’ option of the 'HTML Reports'.
This behavior occurs when the 'Filter to active/localized only?' is set to 'Yes', the 'Object Portfolios select target service' radio button is ticked and the 'Select output type' is 'Email'.
In this case, an e-mail is not sent as expected and instead, a 'Screen' output with 'Refine result set' options is displayed.
