What is the Feedback Form?

The Feedback form allows patrons to easily send feedback about their experience with Summon. The form is activated when a patron clicks the Feedback link on the top right of the Summon results page.

Submitted feedback goes to the email address you designate and to the Summon team. Configure your form using the General section of the Settings page in the Summon Administration Console. Use the Translations page in the administration console to customize the wording used on the form.
