    "No matches were found for this search" in Cataloging when search partial known title

    Problem Symptoms:
    * Recently upgraded and installed new clients
    * Left-anchored title search for first words of title for known item results in "No matches were found for this search."

    Cause:
    Auto-truncation for non-keyword searching is not enabled.

    Resolution:
    1. Log into Cataloging.
    2. Navigate to Options > Preferences > Workflow.
    3. Check the box for "Automatic truncation for non keyword searches"
    4. Click OK.
