    • Article Type: Known Issue
    • Product: Voyager
    • Product Version: 9.1.0
    • Relevant for Installation Type: Direct; Local; Total Care

    Symptoms

    Errors appear in the log.voyager similar to:

    keysvr[nnnnn] - THEWORKS - Tue Sep 2 17:04:20 2014
    - SQLError - search_sql__ppc.cxx[157]
    - vSession::client_validated
    - vSession::Run
    Function code: 0 query="ORA-01012: not logged on"

    Functionality will not be affected as keysvr does not need to call Oracle. This is a logging error.

    Defect Status

    Issue VYG-6113 is resolved for Voyager 9.2.0 and higher.

    Replication Steps

    1. Voyager will log the THEWORKS error in the log.voyager in 9.1.0 and 9.1.1 builds.
    2. Functionality of modules/keysvr will not be affected but the log will be hard to parse because of the frequency of the message.

    Workaround

    Ignore this error.
