"Search results were truncated" text cannot be changed

The text displayed (Search results were truncated.) when over 10,000 results are returned cannot be customized.
Defect Status
VYG-4740 is resolved in Voyager 10.1.0
Replication Steps
- In WebVoyage, run a search for one letter, which should return over 10,000 results.
- The text displayed cannot be found in any WebVoyage configuration file inside the UI directory
