    ARS/WEBV: Request form displays for all patron groups

    Problem Symptoms:
    * All patrons are able to place ARS requests when form should be limited by patron group

    Cause:
    This behavior is the result of Issue 16384-22145 / VYG-4658.

    Resolution:
    Issue 16384-22145 / VYG-4658 is resolved for Voyager 9.1.1 and higher.

    Additional Information

    Replication steps:
    1. Select only some patron groups in SysAdmin>OPAC Configuration>Request Forms>ARS>Patron Group tab
    2. Find a title stored at a Remote Storage Location in the OPAC.
    3. Select Make a Request.
    4. Login as a patron that does not have one of the selected patron groups from step 1.
    5. Select the remote request form.
    6. Complete and submit request form.
    7. The ?Your request was successful.? message appears.
