Able to change Type on Approved PO

Symptoms

PO Type can be changed after PO Approved.

Defect Status

Issue VYG-6780 is currently in Development.

Replication Steps

1. In Acquisitions, create new PO with type Continuation.
2. Click Save
3. Add line item, link to fund, etc.
4. Click Approve
5. Change Type in drop-down box to Firm.
6. Click Save.
7. PO Type is saved as Firm order.

Workaround

None. Operators should not change PO Type once PO is Approved.
