    • Product Version: All
    • Relevant for Installation Type: Dedicated-Direct, Direct, Local, Total Care

     

     

    Symptoms

    • Duplicate Location Code, Name, and Display Name
    • Existing Location Code/Name/Display Name overwritten.
    • Defect Status

    Issue VYG-6895 is resolved for Voyager 9.2.1 and higher.

    Replication Steps

    1. SysAdmin > System > Locations >New
    2. Input Code, Name, OPAC display name, and spine label.
    3. Click Address.
    4. Click OK to save.
    5. Click Close (without doing anything on the Address pane).
    6. Scroll through the list of locations above the edit pane. Highlight an existing location.
    7. Click Save.
    8. New location overwrites highlighted location.
    9. Duplicate locations exist in the database

    Workaround

    Contact support for help editing the overwritten location.
