    Question

We loaded a file via BulkImport that created a Purchase Order, bib records, and mfhd/holding records. However, the PO that contained all of these line items was deleted in error. What can we do to fix this?

    Answer

    Option 1:
Create a new purchase order, and add each line item manually.

    Option 2:
Reference the log.imp.datestamp file from the import process in order to delete each of the bibs and mfhds created by BulkImport. After the records have been deleted from the database, re-load the file via BulkImport.
