BulkImport fails to delete bib records

Problem Symptoms
- WebAdmin BulkImport fails to delete bibs
- log.imp* files show large number of matches
Cause
Duplicate detection is not matching on bib ID (BBID).
Resolution
- Go to SysAdmin > Cataloging > Bibliographic Duplicate Detection > [Profile] > Field Definitions
- Change Field Definitions to match on BBID
