    Problem Symptoms

    • In System Administration > Circulation > Request Configuration, uncheck "CIRC: Title Level Hold" option.
    • In Circulation, able to place a Hold request

    Cause

    Request groups are defined.

    Resolution

    Works as designed.

    Additional Information

    Request Groups are not impacted by the new Title Level and Item Level request configuration options in Voyager 9. If you have defined Request Groups, you will still be able to make requests for a set of items in a Request Group. See Circulation User's Guide for more information and examples of the requests that will be available with various configuration options.
