    Problem Symptoms:
? When user attempts to add new address by clicking "Addresses <new>", the keyboard equivalent (the hot key alternative to clicking in the boxes with the mouse) is the same (the letter "T") for both the address Type and State/Prov. input boxes.

    Cause:
This behavior is a result of Issue VYG-4096.

    Resolution:
Issue VYG-4096 is resolved for Voyager 9.0.0 and higher.

    Additional Information

    Workflow implications:
This disrupts workflow for operators who frequently use these hot keys.

    Replication Steps:
    1. Bring up a patron record, right click, and select Edit Patron
    2. Click on Addresses <new>
    3. Hit alt+t and first you'll go to the Type field; with the second click you'll move to the State/Prov. Field.
