Can items with fines/fees be batch deleted by barcode?

Question

We need to delete 50 items attached to POs, which may also have fines/fees associated with them. Is there any way to delete the POs and/or fines/fees if we have a list of barcodes? 

Answer

There are some batch options for forgiving patron fines/fees. If you have a list of patron IDs for the patrons that have the fines associated with those items, you can use Circjob 40 to batch forgive them. However, this forgives ALL the fines/fees for those patrons, not just the fines associated with specific items. This is true of all 3 batch jobs for forgiving patron fines/fees (circjobs 40, 41 and 42) - each job offers different selection criteria for identifying the patrons whose fines should be forgiven, and the job forgives all fines for those patrons. 

Pick and Scan can delete items by barcode after fines/fees are removed.
