    Question

Can Alma migration create items only from Voyager 'items' and ignore all ‘issues’?

    Answer

Currently there's no option to ignore all 'issues', but some Voyager issues will not be migrated. Below are 3 types of issues that will be skipped:

    • Issue is collapsed in Voyager (ISSUES_RECEIVED.COLLAPSED=Y)
    • Issue is suppressed in Voyager OPAC (ISSUES_RECEIVED.OPAC_SUPPRESSED = 0) AND the answer to the question “Migrate suppressed issues?” in the Migration Form is "No"
    • Issue is not received (SERIAL_ISSUES.RECEIVED = 0)

    Additional Information

This is only for Voyager to Alma migration.
