Our consortium is interested in implementing the SMS gateway service to send text messages for notices from Voyager. Would each member of our consortium need a separate service, or can one serve us all?

Answer

You should be able to work with one service, as your consortium is considered one "institution" for SMS Proxy purposes. When you receive credentials from your service provider, those credentials will be entered on the database level, but you will all point to the same service provider.
