    Characters with diacritics don't display character in Analyzer

    Problem Symptoms

    Characters with diacritics display as boxes in Analyzer instead of displaying character

    Cause

    Cognos is not able to properly display diacritics from Voyager databases.

    Resolution

    None. This display is the result of a conflict between Voyager's character encoding and how it is handled by Cognos.
