    Problem Symptoms:
When charging an hourly loan after the Overnight Loan In Effect time, the system ignores the overnight loans and calculates the due time according to the matrix.

    Cause:
This behavior is the result of Issue 16384-12065.

    Resolution:
Fixed in the circsvr for 8.0.0.

    Additional Information

    Replication steps:
    1. In SysAdmin
    a. Create a calendar with Due and In Effect times in Circ > Calendars.
    b. Use this calendar in a policy definition where ?Apply fixed due time for overnight loans? is checked in Policies, and there are hourly loans in the matrix.
    2. In Circulation
    a. After the In Effect time for Overnight Loans, charge an item with an hourly loan.
    b. The system will calculate a due time based on what is in the policy matrix, rather than applying the fixed due time set in the calendar.

Workaround: Operators must manually change the due times.
