Problem Symptoms:
Go to Purchase order and click detailed line item
Go to copies/funds tab
Try to view the fund, get error message: "You don't have security to view this ledger."

Cause:
Location tab of the Ledger had locations that were not added to the locations of the Acquisition/Serials Profile.

Resolution:
1. Open System Administration > Security > Acquisition/Serials Profiles
2. Highlight operator's profile > Edit
3. Go to the Locations tab
4. Move locations from Available Locations to Selected Locations column
5. Save
