Searching by vendor code and vendor name should produce the same results in the Marked Line Items and Marked Issues tab in the Problems section, but results vary in the 2 tabs.
VYG-6808 is resolved for Voyager 9.2.1 and higher.
- Open Acquisitions.
- Go to Order Maintenance>Problems.
- Search for "Vendor Code", "equal" some vendor code; note number of Marked Line Items and Marked Issues.
- Search for "Vendor Name", "equal" some vendor name; note number of Marked Line Items and Marked Issues, which might be different than the results for the code search.
Search by Vendor Code instead of Vendor Name. OR add an Alternate Name to the Vendor record.
