    Problem Symptoms

    • Following installation or upgrade, running the Voyager client produces following or similar error: "Component 'EISUCTBX.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid"
    • Uninstallation and reinstallation of the Voyager clients does not resolve the issue.

    Cause

This issue may result when Voyager is not completely uninstalled prior to re-installation, or registry keys become corrupted during re-installation or upgrade.

    Resolution

    1. Use a 3rd party repair utility such as Microsoft FixIt to clean up the uninstallation, and repair registry keys. http://support.microsoft.com/mats/program_install_and_uninstall/en-us
    2. Re-Install Voyager
