Try the workarounds below. Contact Support if still unable to uninstall the program.

    Add PowerUsers

    1. Right-click cmd.exe, and choose "Run as administrator" to open a command-line session.
    2. At the prompt, type: net localgroup
    3. If "Power Users" is not listed, at the prompt, type: net localgroup "Power Users" /add

    Run Fix It tool

    1. Download Microsoft's Fix It tool: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...led-or-removed
    2. Run the Fix It tool.

MS FixIt can take a long time to download and run.

    Check Windows Installer services.

    1. Press Windows key + R, type services.msc, press enter and then click Services.
    2. Double-click on the Windows Installer service.
    3. In the Windows Installer properties window, click on dependency tab.
    4. You will see the dependency services listed there. (Remote Procedure Call and DCOM Server Process Launcher)
    5. Both the above services should be ‘Started’ and set to’ Automatic’.

    Re-registering the Windows Installer:

    1. Quit all Windows programs
    2. Start > All Programs > Accessories > Run
    3. Type msiexec /unregister in Open box
    4. Click OK
