Google Books covers and/or other images, etc., not showing when using HTTPS

Google Books covers don't show up when Voyager is running as https.

Other images (such as the header banner) not rendering after implementing SSL.

VYG-7346 (Google Books covers not showing) is resolved in Voyager 10.1.0 and higher.¹

¹NOTE that after implementing SSL, links used in the OPAC need to be https and not http.

This includes links from the Google Books script (which is fixed in the 10.1.0 script file).

But you may need to double-check this link and other links that you use.
