    Hold prevents deletion of bib, but there's no hold visible in the client

    Problem Symptoms:
    *"Unable to delete bibliographic record. An outstanding hold/recall exists" error message.
    *The bib does not have an item record.
    *No hold/recall request is visible when pulling up the bib record in the client.

    Cause:
    There is an unranked hold on the item.

    Resolution:
    1.Query the HOLD_RECALL table using the BIB_ID.
    2. HOLD_RECALL.REQUEST_ITEM_COUNT will be zero.
    3. Use the PATRON_ID to get patron information.
    4. Unranked Holds can be accessed and removed from the patron record in the Circulation client.
