How to change the name of a request form which is displayed to patrons on the Requests page in WebVoyage?

Answer

1. Open Sys Admin.
2. Navigate to Sys Admin > OPAC Configuration > Request Forms.
3. Select the request form to edit and click the 'Edit' button.
4. Alter the 'Form Name' field as desired and click 'Save'

Additional Information

The 'Form Name' field is limited to 40 characters.
