Actual results:
Multiple catsvrs deadlock in oracle under high system load

Workflow implications: Causes one of the deadlocked catsvrs to be killed

Replication steps: Can only replicate in environments with very high system load.

Resolution:
Fixed in Voyager 8.1.1
