Multiple copies created by EOD, but only one item record.

Symptoms

• Multiple copies on an imported line item are linked to the same item record.
• Mutliple rows in LINE_ITEM_COPY_STATUS for different COPY_ID's and the same LINE_ITEM_ID have the same ITEM_ID.
• Multiple items are created, but only one copy.

​Defect Status

Issue VYG-5640 is resolved for Voyager 9.1.0 and higher.

Replication Steps

1. Import a bib record and create a line item that has multiple copies.
2. The PO, Line Item, Bib, MFHD, items and only one copy are created.
