    OPAC renewal displays error, but renewal succeeds

    Problem Symptoms:
    * Patron renewing items through My Account gets "One or more items failed to renew (Please see status below for detail)"
    * Item for renewal shows "Not renewed"
    * Leave page & return, and item shows Renewed, with new due date -- renewal is actually successful

    Cause:
    Several out-of-date .jar files in vxws need to be replaced.

    Resolution:
    Open a Support Incident via eService if you are on Voyager 7.2.1 and are experiencing this issue.
