ORA-39070: Unable to open the log file error when running Voyager Pfpc_save

When running Pfpc_save I received this error:
ORA-39070: Unable to open the log file
Answer
This error sometimes occurs with earlier versions of Voyager (between 8.0 and 9.2).
If you get this error, do not proceed with your Fiscal Period Close.
Please open a ticket with Voyager Support and cite this Article. We will fix the issue.
