    Physical Description displays code instead of format type label for some description codes

    Problem symptoms

    Record with four 007 fields displays format type labels for 2 of the fields and the 2-letter code for the other 2 fields

    Cause

    Not all codes in the 007 fields have a label defined in pageProperties.xml

    Resolution

    1. Open pageProperties.xml for editing (in /m1/voyager/xxxdb/tomcat/vwebv/context/vwebv/ui/{skin}xsl/userTextConfigs)
    2. Find the <physicalDescription> section.
    3. Add new values for any undefined codes. Example: define label for code kk
      • <format type="kk">Poster</format>
    4. Save changes
