    Problem Symptoms:
    * Each time a Voyager client is opened, a pop-up window reading, "Do you want to allow the following program to make changes on this computer" appears.

    Cause:
    This pop-up occurs because of a Windows security feature called User Account Control or UAC.

    Resolution:
    Set User Account Control to "Never Notify."

    Additional Information

    To disable User Account Control:
    1.) In Windows, open the Control Panel
    2.) In the search box, search for "UAC."
    3.) Click on "Change User Account Control Settings."
    4.) Move the UAC slide bar from its current position to "Never Notify."
    5.) Click OK.
