Description:

After supplying ledger name report parameter in pre-packaged report, results are blank

Cause:

If you supply incorrect criteria for report parameters in the Prepackaged Reports, a blank report displays (instead of an error message).  Ledger name is normalized in the Prepackaged Reports (such as Funds by Ledger Name, Fund Snapshot, etc.), so when the name is entered as a report parameter, dashes and forward slashes need to be removed.

Resolution:

1. Double-click on report
2. Enter Ledger name without punctuation
For example:
Ledger name:  EXL 2020-2021
When entering name for report parameter, enter: EXL 2020 2021
3. Report will contain appropriate data
