    Question

Is it possible to redirect the Voyager server's "voyager" user's email to a different email address?

    Answer

The /etc/aliases file on the server can be used to redirect the "voyager" user's emails to a different email address.  If local systems staff feel comfortable editing this file, a line can be added to the file that looks something like this:

    voyager: myaddress@mysite.edu

After making this change, the newaliases command needs to be run in order to make the changes to the aliases file visible to smtp.

This modification requires root access to the server and is considered an advanced-level change.  Submit a ticket to have the Voyager Support Team make this change for you.
