    Reinstall or reconfigure ODBC for Voyager after an upgrade

    Question

    We are about to upgrade Voyager.  Do we need to reinstall or reconfigure ODBC for Voyager on staff workstations running Prepackaged Reports?

    Answer

    If you are simply upgrading Voyager, and not changing hardware nor changing the server's IP address, you should not have to reconfigure or reinstall ODBC for Voyager.  

    You will need to Relink your Prepackaged Reports after the upgrade.
