    Reporter hangs or stalls when attempting to send email notices to email server

    Problem symptoms

    When process email notices in Reporter, client hangs or stalls while trying to send emails to email server


    Anti-virus or security software on the workstation running Reporter may be blocking email messages from the machine.


    Software may have been recently installed or recently updated. Check with local IT to determine if changes have been made recently that might impact anti-virus or security software.
