    Problem Symptoms

    Serials issue checked in with Display in OPAC set to "No" in check-in history is still displaying in WebVoyage

    Cause

    Serial issue has been collapsed into holdings record

    Resolution

    1. Log into Cataloging and retrieve bib and holding record for check-in record
    2. Review holding record. Note that record has 86x fields for collapsed serials issues
    3. Edit record to remove these fields OR Edit displayh.cfg (Classic) / displayHoldings.xml (Tomcat) on the server to remove 86X fields from display.
