Problem Symptoms

• Received 2 books from remote UB library
• Discharged at pickup location
• Hold expiration on hold notice showed same day, not 7 days as expected.

Cause

UB Requests use Hold Shelf Life from all/all matrix.

Resolution

1. System Administration > Circulation > Policy Definitions > [policy for pickup location] > Matrix > all/all
2. Intervals tab > Hold Shelf Life > set to desired Hold Shelf Life interval for UB requests.
