    Unable to Modify Fine/Fee for stub patrons

    Symptoms

    • Modify button is grayed out in Fine/Fee window
    • Patron is a stub patron.

    Defect Status

    Issue VYG-6795 is currently in Development.

    Replication Steps

    1. Circulation > Patron
    2. Open stub patron record with fines applied.
    3. Patron > Fine/Fee Info
    4. Highlight a Fine/Fee
    5. Modify Button is grayed out.
