    Problem symptoms
    * New user is only able to access Query Studio in Analyzer
    * Predecessor was able to access Report Studio, but option not available to new user

    Cause
    New user needs additional permissions granted for Analyzer in System Administration.

    Resolution
    1. System Administration > Security > Analyzer profiles > {profile with new user's operator profile}
    2. Check Access Level tab for profile.
    Voyager Analyzer Technical Author is permission level required for access to Report Studio. If this is not the permission level of the profile, either
    a) Move operator to different profile with Voyager Analyzer Technical Author permission; or
    b) change the permission level for profile (change will apply to all operators in profile)

    Additional Information

    If new user's profile already has Voyager Analyzer Technical Author permission, see
