Unable to change begin/end date of fund

Symptoms
- Select new begin or end date and click Save.
- Close and reopen and original date remains
Defect Status
Issue VYG-4220 is resolved for Voyager 9.1.0 and higher.
Workaround
Make an additional edit:
- Edit the begin or end date
- Edit anything else about the fund (code, insititution, allocation, etc.)
- Click Save.
