Problem Symptoms:
* Search for known title using title keyword (TKEY) and "as a phrase" in Advanced (OPAC) or Builder (client) search

Cause:
TKEY searches individual title subfields. If phrase crosses over multiple subfields, TKEY will not match. Match will only be found if phrase contained within single subfield.

Resolution:
Working as designed.
