    Unable to renew in WebVoyage when at max global limit

    • Product: Voyager
    • Product Version: 8.1.2

    Problem Symptoms

    • Patron has borrowed max number of loan items (SysAdmin > Circulation > Patron Groups > [Group] > Edit > Global Borrowed Item Limits > Charged items limit for all item types)
    • Able to renew successfully for patron in Circulation
    • Unable to renew via WebVoyage

    Cause

    Defect in Classic WebVoyage. Fixed in Tomcat interface.

    Resolution

    Use Tomcat WebVoyage interface.
