Voyager Global Data Change "Change Owning Library" and "Suppress" and "Unsuppress" consequences require "Update Location" drop-down be configured in Submit Data Change dialog box

Symptoms
In Global Data Change when using the "Change Owning Library" consequence or the "Suppress/Suppress All" or "Unsuppress/Unsuppress All" consequence, the Submit Data Change Job dialog box requires the "Update Location" option be selected.
Defect Status
Information is missing from Global Data Change documentation, Chapter 5, Table 7, in versions of the User's Guide previous to 10.2.
In the 10.2 Global Data Change User's Guide this omission has been rectified.
Workaround
Select a Location from the "Update Location" dropdown. The Data Change Job will record the location selected in the Cataloging Location field in the Bib History data. It will not use this location in the bib, MFHD, or item record.
