    Description:
Because WebVoyage for Voyager 7 requires stateful connections between vxws and the pool of opacsvrs, firewalls timing out inactive connections on specific ports can cause problems. In split-server environments, any firewalls between the servers should be set to open ports in the 70xx range between the servers. Port 1521 should also be open for the Oracle listener. These ports should not time out connections after inactivity. In a multiple-database environment, additional port ranges will need to be opened to correspond with each database.
