    Symptoms

    * When trying to print suppressed records on a course reserve list, users receive a ‘No records were selected.’ Message.

    Defect Status

    Issue 16384-19394 / VYG-1679 is resolved for Voyager 8.2.2 and higher.

    Replication Steps

    1. In WebVoyage, select Course Reserves and search for a reserve list that has suppressed item records.
    2. Select the suppressed record and click print. (You can also select any other record as well, suppressed or not suppressed).
    3. Receive ‘No records were selected.’ Message.
    OR
    1. In WebVoyage, select Course Reserves and search for a reserve list that has suppressed item records.
    2. View a suppressed record display.
    3. Click on print in the action box to the right.
    4. Receive ‘No records were selected.’ Message.
